Coconut Cookies

Prepare the materials

Butter softened and sweetened
3.
Add the coconut milk in portions and continue to mix well

Sift in low-gluten flour and baking powder, dried coconut shreds

Stir evenly with a spatula

Divide into 10 portions, knead round and flatten directly on the baking tray
7.
Put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees in the middle level for about 20 minutes
Tips:
1. The butter is easy to be sent after it is softened;
2. Coconut milk has a unique fragrance, so don't substitute it with milk.
