1. Peel the taro and cut into pieces (you can wear gloves to prevent itching), put it in a steamer, boil the water and steam on high heat for 8 minutes, and steam until the taro is soft and rotten.

2. Pour the taro into a puree and add milk powder.

3. Put the taro in a wok, add butter and white sugar in turn, and fry into a non-sticky taro dough (you can take half and mix it with cocoa powder).

4. Knead the mashed taro into several balls, roll a few times in a bowl with minced coconut, and coat with minced coconut. Spread tin foil on the grill, brush a layer of olive oil to prevent adhesion, and put taro balls on it.

5. Put the grill into the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.

Tips:

1: Please refer to the temperament of your own oven for the temperature and time of the oven.
2: Roasting In order to make the coconut paste color, it can be eaten without roasting.
3: You can add purple sweet potato powder, strawberry powder, pumpkin powder, matcha powder and other coloring.
