Coconut Milk Mango Sago

Prepare the necessary ingredients and cooking utensils~

After drying the water inside and outside of the copper pot, put it into the water to discharge it on the ceramic stove and heat it with a small fire~

While boiling the water, cut the mango flowers into dice as shown in the figure (1. Remove the pulp from the core of the mango; 2. First use a knife to carefully cut the pulp into strips with an equal width of about 1 cm, so as not to cut the skin; 3 .Cut vertically again; 4. Pick up the skin with your fingers, and top the diced pulp into the container)~

After about 4 minutes, the water will boil, pour it into a sago covered pot and simmer~

After cooking for 3 minutes, wear insulated gloves and remove the lid, it can be seen that 1/3 of the sago has become transparent;

2/3 of the pot has become transparent after 3 minutes of boiling;

Turn off the heat and use the remaining heat in the pot to simmer for 5 minutes;

Drip the cooked sago into cold water and ice it;

Drain the sago into the coconut milk;
10.
Put in the diced mango meat and it will be more delicious after putting it in the refrigerator.
Tips:
1. Sago is more difficult to cook, and it will cook faster in a copper pot;
2. When using ordinary pots and utensils, turn off the heat and simmer for about 3 times in the middle to ensure that the sago is transparent and does not stick;
3. When choosing mangoes, choose mature mangoes with firm and firm skin, and the color and taste of the fruit will be better;
4. It is more delicious to make desserts in the refrigerator or add crushed ice~
