Coconut Milk Mango Sago
1.
Use a knife to cut the mango horizontally and vertically, and dig out the flesh with a spoon.
2.
Reserve half of the mango cubes for later use.
3.
Add water to the pot, boil, pour the sago, turn on medium and low heat and cook until the sago is translucent, turn off the heat, and simmer until almost completely transparent.
4.
Rinse with cold boiled water 2 to 3 times and drain the water.
5.
Add coconut milk to the remaining half of the mango diced, put it in a juicer and beat it evenly.
6.
Take a small bowl and pour in the right amount of coconut milk and mango juice.
7.
Add 2 spoons of sago.
8.
Add some mango cubes.
9.
Stir well and enjoy.
Tips:
1. Use more water to cook sago.
2. I didn't add sugar or milk, it was thick and light. If it feels too thick or not sweet, you can add some milk and sugar.
