Coconut Milk Purple Sweet Potato Sago

Prepare materials and wash them

Cut the purple sweet potato into pieces

Add water to the pot. After boiling, add sago and cook for about 20 minutes. Stir while cooking. After 20 minutes, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for four or five minutes.

While cooking the sago, peel and dice the purple sweet potato, steam it in a steamer

When the sago is transparent and there is a small white spot in the middle, pick it up and rinse it under cold water. In another pot of boiling water, continue to boil the sago for about 10 minutes until it is completely transparent

Tips:
The time to boil sago depends on the amount of sago. If the amount of sago is large, the cooking time should be extended and the amount of water should be increased. Try to have enough water. The cooked sago should be soaked in cold water.
