Coconut Milk Squid and Cabbage Pasta
1.
Pour water and a little salt into the pot, add the pasta after the water is boiled, and cook for about 8 minutes before removing it for use.
2.
Wash the cabbage and shred it for later use.
3.
Clean the fresh squid, drain the water, and cut into sections.
4.
Cut the garlic into froth, put a little oil in the pot and saute.
5.
Pour the squid and stir fragrant.
6.
Add coconut milk, cabbage, salt, sugar, and black pepper.
7.
Finally, add Indonesian spices, stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes on medium-low heat in a lidded pan.
Tips:
Indonesian spice (BUMBU) is salty, so don't add too much salt. If you don't have this spice, you can use fish sauce instead.
