Coconut Milk Taro Sago

1. Prepare materials;

2. Taro is cut into small pieces and steamed;

3. Bring water to a boil, pour sago, turn to medium heat and cook;

4. Filter in the middle, change the water and boil until there is little white core left, turn off the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes;

5. Finally, filter and drain;

6. Pour coconut milk into the pot, add taro cubes and rock sugar, heat and stir until the rock sugar melts, pour in the cooked sago and mix well.

Tips:

1. It can be eaten hot or cold;



2. Do not uncover the taro during steaming;



3. I think it is not easy to stick to the bottom after pouring the sago after the water is boiled.
