Coconut Pineapple Sago

Put coconut flour into the cup

Pour in boiling water, rinse and let cool, then put it in the refrigerator

Pour proper amount of water into the pot, boil and add sago

Turn to low heat and stir constantly with a spoon

Cook for 30 minutes, until there is a small white spot in the middle of the sago, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes

Pineapple diced and set aside

Braised sago over cold water
