Coconut Pumpkin Pie

Prepare all materials

Pumpkin slices

Put it in the microwave, high heat, 4 minutes

Soak the oats in boiling water to soften

Press the pumpkin into puree, stir in oats, glutinous rice flour, sugar, knead well

Tips:
1. Do not pour too much hot water when soaking oatmeal. Just get all the oats wet
2. Add glutinous rice flour in small amounts until it is not too sticky.
3. When making cakes, sprinkle some glutinous rice flour on your hands.
