Coconut Sago
1.
Soak the sago in clear water for 10 minutes, boil the water in the boiling pot, transfer the soaked sago from the cold water to the boiling water pot and cook. The spoon keeps stirring in the pot because the sago tends to stick to the pot. When the sago is basically transparent, When there is a small white core in the middle, turn off the heat cover and the lid is stuffy for three minutes.
2.
Use a colander to wash the stuffy sago with cold water, so that when you eat it, the taste of Q bombs is particularly good.
3.
Pour the prepared sago into a bowl and pour the coconut palm juice. Cut some fruits to embellish it. I cut mango and strawberries. The desserts need to be beautiful!
