Coconut Sago

Prepare sago and coconut juice.

Rinse the sago with boiling water.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot to boil, add sago and boil again.

After boiling, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Pour out the original water, boil another pot of boiling water, add the sago and repeat this three times until the sago has no white hearts.

After the sago is cooked, remove it and let it cool and drain.

Put the boiled sago into a cup and add the coconut water to drink.
8.
Add seasonal fruits to your liking.
Tips:
1. Be patient when cooking sago and stir it from time to time. Don't leave a blank heart, but don't overcook it.
2. Because the main ingredient of sago is starch, it must be boiled under water, or it will become a paste.
