Coffee Bagel

Put all the ingredients except the butter into the bread machine, put the coffee liquid underneath, poke a small hole in the middle of the flour and put the yeast into it, and turn on the kneading program to knead the dough.

Add butter and continue with a dough mixing procedure.

Take out the dough, divide it into 5 portions, and round and proof for 5 minutes.

Roll the dough into an oval shape.

Roll the dough horizontally from top to bottom into a roll, pinch the seal tightly.

Rub one end of the dough thinly and squeeze the other end.

Make it into a ring shape, wrap the crimped end with the flattened end and pinch it to close the mouth.

Let the bagels relax for half an hour, then put them in boiling water and cook for 30 seconds on each side.

Take the cooked bagels out of the water, put them in the oven at 165 degrees and bake them for 20 minutes, and then come out.
