Coffee Blackcurrant Banana Ice Cream

Chop the bananas, put them in a cold fresh bag, and place them in the refrigerator until set.

Put the frozen banana chunks into the food processor/strong blender together with coffee and milk. Stir at high speed until completely smooth.

Add blackcurrant powder and cocoa nibs.

Eat directly or make black currant cocoa butter and pour it on top

Put the cocoa butter and maple syrup in a saucepan and heat the medium until it melts. Stop heating and add blackcurrant powder.

Pour it onto the ice cream, and when it solidifies, it forms a delicious crunchy crust.
