Super delicious cookies, crispy, crispy and rich in milk, with a slight coffee taste, very simple and delicious

Coffee Cookie

1. Prepare the ingredients you need

2. Put the instant coffee powder into the piping bag and press it into powder form, set aside

3. The butter is so soft that you can easily make holes with your fingers

4. Whip the butter with an electric whisk and add powdered sugar

5. Press and mix with a spatula

6. Add 1 g of table salt

7. Then the electric whisk until the volume expands and is slightly whitish

8. Add milk in 3 times

9. Every time you need to use an electric whisk until the milk is completely absorbed

10. Sift the coffee powder and low-gluten flour, stir slightly, pour into the butter, and mix until there is no dry powder

11. Prepare the 18-tooth piping mouth and put it in the piping bag

12. Squeeze it onto a greased paper baking pan

13. Preheat the oven up and down in advance, and bake the middle layer at 150 degrees for 18 minutes

Tips:

This amount can make about 20-21 pieces. When mixing low-gluten flour, don't over-mix it. Just mix it until there is no dry powder.
