Coffee Madeleine

1. Let’s take a group photo first, then the butter is insulated and the water melts

2. Put the eggs in the cooking bowl, add fine sugar, and beat evenly.

4. Add coffee powder. well mixed

5. Sift low powder, baking powder. Salt, stir evenly in a zigzag manner

6. Add the melted butter three times, stirring well each time, and then add the next time.
