Coffee Pork Ribs

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash and drain the ribs, cut into small pieces

2. A pack of instant coffee is brewed with half a bowl of water

3. Pour a small amount of olive oil in the pot

4. Add ginger slices and ribs and fry until slightly yellow

5. Add three spoons of light soy sauce, two spoons of cooking wine, one spoon of dark soy sauce, one spoon of vinegar, and one spoon of sugar

6. Pour the brewed instant coffee

7. Stir and boil evenly, then change to low heat and simmer for half an hour

8. Boil until the soup is reduced

9. Cucumber slices for decoration
