Coffee Roasted Ribs

1. First beat 2 eggs, then add coffee powder, corn flour, salt, stir evenly to form a coffee paste

2. Cut the ribs into small pieces, blanch them in cold water and drain them, wrap them in coffee paste and marinate for 10 minutes

3. Use tomato sauce and Lee Kum Kee ribs sauce, sugar, and salt, and stir into a very fragrant sauce for later use

4. After the ribs are marinated, heat up the pan, put the salad oil in the pan over high heat and cook for 60% of the heat. Put the marinated ribs into the pot one by one, and slowly fry them over a low fire. When the ribs are almost cooked, use high heat again, so that the outer skin of the ribs can be fried more crispy

5. Remove the spare ribs after they are cooked. Lift the pan first, leaving the bottom oil. Start the fire again, stir fry the sauce and small ribs together, wrap all the juice on the ribs, then start the pan and serve.

6. Put the carrot sticks, lemon, and incense cooked in boiling water with butter on a plate
