Coffee Roll
1.
Prepare the ingredients and separate the eggs (there is a stupid egg inside which is especially yellow).
2.
Add 40 grams of sugar to the egg yolk and beat until milky white.
3.
Add salad oil and mix well.
4.
Then add the coffee sugar liquid and mix well.
5.
Add the low powder in portions.
6.
Mix well into a batter.
7.
Add 70 grams of sugar to 5 egg whites in three times and beat them until they are almost dry.
8.
Add the whipped meringue to the coffee batter in portions and mix well.
9.
Use tin foil to make a simple cake mold, pour the batter, and smooth the surface.
10.
Bake the middle layer in the oven at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes.
11.
After the buckle is out of the oven and waits for it to cool, tear off the tin foil and make a few shallow cuts in order to make it easier to roll.
12.
After the coffee cream was applied, the kiss was too tired, so I just wiped it lightly, rolled it up, put it in the refrigerator for one hour, and sliced it into a pot.
