Coke Chicken Wings

After thawing the frozen chicken wings, wash and cut into two small mouths so that they can be tasted. Pour into a large spoonful of home-made rice wine (because there is no cooking wine at home but I personally think the rice wine is more fragrant), half a spoon of salt and two small pieces of ginger for 5-10 minutes Pickled

Add two slices of ginger and a small spoon of salt to the pot and wait for a little bubbling in the water. Put the chicken wings into the water one by one (note that there is no need to pour the excess rice wine in the bowl into the pot) to boil the water and then drain the chicken wings one by one

When the pan is hot and the oil is hot, I add a small and a half spoonful of sugar (but not my favorite sweet), fry the chicken wings on both sides, stir-fry a few times, and pour in the cola (300-400ml according to the taste is OK for the first time) I probably lost too much
