Coke Chicken Wings
1.
Wash all the ingredients, chop garlic, shred ginger (ignore my knife skills, because there is no knife skills
2.
Prepare coke
3.
Cut the chicken wings twice on one side, then put them in boiling water and cook for seven or eight minutes, skim the floating powder, and remove.
4.
Heat oil in the pan, add the chicken wings, do not stir fry in a hurry, wait a few seconds, shake the pan, and when the chicken wings are not sticky, stir fry. After the two sides are golden, add the green onion, ginger and garlic, pour in the soy sauce, and stir fry One minute, the chicken wings are colored
5.
Then pour in the coke, it’s ok to have the chicken wings, you don’t need to pour all in, change the heat to a low heat and add a lid
6.
Turn over two or three times in the middle to prevent the bottom from mashing the pot until the soup shrinks, (about 20 minutes) on medium heat, and stir fry a few times quickly
7.
Turn off the heat, there is still some thick soup~~~The aroma is overflowing~~~
Tips:
Don't stir fry the chicken wings in a hurry when they are just in the pan. The meat is too tender at this time and will stick to the wall of the pan. Shake the pan gently. When it is harder, it will not stick. Also, in the end, don’t turn off the heat until there is no soup at all, leave a little bit, it’s not too dry at all, turn off the heat and stir fry a few times to lose the soup.
