Cola Ribs

Wash the ribs and blanch in the pot, remove the drained water and set aside.

Add oil to the pot, heat it up over high heat, add ginger and peppercorns to stir up the aroma.

Pour the ribs and stir fry.

Fry until the surface of the ribs is slightly charred, and pour in cola.

Add soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Cover and simmer over medium-low heat.

Simmer until the soup is almost dry, open the lid to collect the juice and turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve it quickly.

Not sweet or greasy, very delicious!
Tips:
If you want a darker color, you can replace the soy sauce with soy sauce.
