Cola Ribs

Wash and drain the spare ribs. Prepare the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

Pork ribs under cold water, add green onion, ginger slices and cooking wine! After the water boils, remove the floating powder with a colander, cover the pot and cook the ribs.

Remove the drained ribs and put them in a frying pan with a little oil. Add garlic cloves and sliced ginger until fragrant. Then add the ribs, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and stir-fry the ribs evenly.

In another saucepan, put the chopped tomatoes on the bottom.

Place the fried pork ribs on top of the tomatoes.

Pour the coke.

Just submerge the ribs with cola, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 25 minutes.

The aroma is overflowing, just wait for the cola to collect the juice.

Finally, sprinkle some white sesame seeds for decoration.
