Cola Ribs

Prepare the materials.

Wash the ribs, put them in a pot of clean water, boil on high heat, skim off the foam, remove them, and rinse them with hot water.

Pour the ribs into the pot, add 3 slices of ginger, pour in Coke over the ribs, pour in 2 spoons of soy sauce, boil over high heat and simmer for 20 minutes on medium-low heat.

Pour in the green onions and continue to simmer.

Boil until the soup is dry before serving on a plate.
Tips:
1. Cut the ribs into small pieces to speed up the cooking time.
2. You can also add an appropriate amount of salt or light soy sauce as you like.
