Cold Bean Sprouts

Put mung beans in a cup and add appropriate amount of water

Prepare a steaming rack and add a thicker absorbent towel underneath

Soak for about 24 hours, soak the mung bean skins until the mung bean skin breaks open and arrange the mung beans on top

And cover it with a thicker towel

Water in the morning and evening each day for about three days, and don’t remove the towels on it.

When the bean sprouts are more than the height of the steaming rack, it will be fine.

Use scissors to cut off the roots of the bean sprouts, and then wash it in clean water to wash off the mung bean husks

Prepare a pot of hot water, pour the bean sprouts into it and blanch it

Blanch until the water boils and take it out
10.
Put the sliced carrots in and blanch it

Take out and drain the water together with the bean sprouts
12.
Put the bean sprouts, carrots, and chives in a bowl
13.
Add more vinegar
14.
Add the right amount of light soy sauce
15.
Just mix it and it's ready to eat
