Cold Bitter Chrysanthemum

A small handful of fresh bitter chrysanthemum.

Wash the bitter chrysanthemum and soak it in light salt water for 10 minutes.

After soaking, rinse it in cold water, tear it into small pieces and put it in a larger container.

Mix the balsamic vinegar, sugar and salt into a juice, and chop the garlic into minced pieces.

Put the minced garlic in the bitter chrysanthemum and pour the sauce.

Add sesame oil, mix well, marinate for a while and eat for better taste.
Tips:
1. The bitter chrysanthemum is soaked in light salt water to remove certain pesticide residues.
2. After soaking, wash it with cold water, don't use raw water, because it is eaten directly, the tap water contains many microorganisms and bacteria.
3. Seasoning can be increased according to taste.
