Cold Bitter Chrysanthemum

Prepare the ingredients: remove the old leaves of bitter chrysanthemum, soak it in light salt water for ten minutes, rinse it off repeatedly, and rinse it with cold boiled water the last time to prevent the raw water from affecting the health of the stomach. The garlic is peeled, washed, chopped or smashed; the sweet and sour water radish flowers are marinated in advance. This season, my family often uses apple cider vinegar to soak water radishes to eat, which is particularly appetizing. Apples need to be used with the skin. I am accustomed to rubbing it several times with flour and then rinsing it with water. Eggs are leftovers for breakfast, and it is also a good choice to directly participate in the cold salad.

Cut the cleaned apple in half, take half of it and remove the core, then slice it, and blanch it in boiling water to make it soft.

After removing it, use cold water to control the moisture, roll up every 4 pieces together into a rose shape, and fix it with a toothpick.

Add sugar, green pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fruit vinegar, a pinch of salt, and seasoning to the garlic.

Take a large bowl or pot, cut the bitter chrysanthemum into sections, and put it into a bowl (or pot).

Use an egg cutter to directly slice the eggs into the bowl, and pour the prepared garlic juice directly into the bowl, or you can mix the bitter chrysanthemum with the garlic juice first, and then put it into the bowl.

Place the prepared apple blossoms and water radish blossoms on top, and remove the toothpicks from the well-coded apple blossoms.

Just mix it when you eat it.

Cold bitter chrysanthemum, there are no special requirements for the ingredients, you can mix it together if you like, sweet, bitter, spicy and salty taste, as you like, add some fruits to make it more fragrant and sweet.
