Cold Bitter Gourd

Soak an appropriate amount of wolfberry in cold water;

Cut off both ends of the washed bitter gourd;

Use a small spoon to remove the seeds in the middle;

Boil water in a pot, add appropriate amount of salt and oil;

Put the prepared bitter gourd into the pot, blanch it in water, and remove it after boiling again;

Take it out immediately and put it in cold boiling water;

Put the peeled banana in the middle;

Then slice with equal thickness;

Put ice cubes in the tray and cover with a layer of plastic wrap;

Put the prepared banana bitter gourd slices on top, decorate the soaked wolfberry, and sprinkle some sweet osmanthus.
