Cold Bitter Gourd

Prepare materials.

Bitter melon slices.
3.
Tear small pieces of fungus.

The fungus is cooked in a pot.

Remove and drain the water.

Bitter melon is cooked and drained.

Put the fungus and bitter gourd in a bowl for later use.

Find a small bowl and add about 15ml of canola oil.

Add minced garlic.

Add salt.

Add sugar.

Add light soy sauce.

Add sesame oil.

Add white vinegar.

Add cooked sesame seeds to the mix.

Drizzle with gazpacho and mix well.

Tips:
As the oil for the cold dressing, it is recommended to use a light-flavored oil. The Canadian canola oil I use is colorless and tasteless, with a light texture. It is the best choice!
