Cold Bitter Gourd
1.
One bitter gourd is cut diagonally.
2.
Cut it in half and remove the seeds and white flesh.
3.
You can use a metal spoon when digging white flesh. It won't be bitter to clean the white flesh.
4.
Cut into thin slices diagonally along just now.
5.
Bring water to a boil, add a teaspoon of salt, add bitter gourd to blanch, remove after 50 seconds.
6.
After removing it, put it in ice water and cool it to keep the color. After cooling, squeeze out the water and put it on a plate.
7.
Adjust the sauce, appropriate amount of minced garlic, one spoonful of light soy sauce, two spoons of rice vinegar, and half a spoon of sesame oil. Pour on the bitter gourd.
8.
Cut small red peppers and place them on top (I forgot to buy them and use dried peppers instead). Heat the pot, heat a small spoonful of cooking oil and pour it on the peppers. Mix well when you eat.
