Cold Black Fungus

Prepare materials. Soak the black fungus in advance

Bring water to a boil in the soup pot and add black fungus to blanch water. Boil for three minutes

Finely chop garlic and chives, cut peppers into circles and mix, add the salad oil to the bowl and stir until fragrant

Cool the black fungus immediately after picking it up, and drain the water
