Cold Black Fungus

Soak the black fungus in water;

Soak until the black fungus becomes soft and enlarged;
3.
Cut the head of the black fungus and clean it for later use;
4.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and boil;
5.
Pour the processed black fungus;
6.
Cook on high heat until the black fungus is cooked (about 1 minute);
7.
Pick up the boiled black fungus, rinse with cold water, drain the water and store it for later use;
8.
Add appropriate amount of garlic and moss;
9.
Add red pepper shreds cooked in cold water;
10.
Add appropriate amount of chopped pepper;
11.
Add appropriate amount of white vinegar and soy sauce and stir well.
