Cold Black Fungus and Sweet Beans

Wash and slice sweet beans and carrots.

Soak black fungus in water and wash it off.
3.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a little salt, add the beans, black fungus, and carrots to blanch them out.

Put it in a large bowl, add salt, cold soy sauce, aged vinegar, and sesame oil and mix well.

Pour it on the plate, a pot of cold dishes is OK.
