Cold Chicken Feet
1.
Bring a pot of water and bring it to a boil.
2.
Dispose of the chicken feet while boiling the water, wash the chicken feet and remove the tips of the claws.
3.
When the water is boiled, put some cooking wine into the pot, and then add the processed chicken feet to blanch the water for five to six minutes. The cooking wine can remove the fishy smell.
4.
During blanching, peel and shred the ginger, chop the garlic and pepper, and put it in the crisper.
5.
The blanched chicken feet were taken out and put into the faucet and rinsed with cold water until they were cool. I froze the ice cubes in advance, so I put them in ice water to soak in cold water. If there are no ice cubes, put the faucet to rinse. This step is to let the chicken feet Become brittle.
6.
Adjust the juice during the soaking period. Put the appropriate amount of cold boiled water, soy sauce, vinegar, and rock sugar in the fresh-keeping box with the ingredients and mix well. The amount of juice is according to the amount of chicken feet. How much to adjust according to your own preferences.
7.
Soak the chicken feet and remove the water, then put it in the fresh-keeping box, then put the coriander, cover it and put it in the refrigerator for the next day.
Tips:
The amount of ingredients still has to be adjusted according to your own preferences, because some like spicy, some like sour, and others like to eat coriander and put it. You can omit those you don't like.
