Cold Chicken Feet

Wash the chicken feet, put cold water into the pot, boil, continue heating for 10 minutes. Drain the dirty water and wash the chicken feet with cold water.

Tips:
1. After blanching, put it in the pot and heat it again to ensure that the chicken feet are well cooked.
2. It is recommended to use a large bowl, the bowl in the picture is small.
