Cold Chowder---stewed Pork Vermicelli
1.
Prepare the braised pork.
2.
Cut the vermicelli short and rinse well.
3.
Wash the cabbage and cut into pieces. It is best to separate the vegetable gang and the vegetable leaves.
4.
Cut frozen tofu into pieces.
5.
Bring to a boil, add the vermicelli and blanch it to remove.
6.
Add an appropriate amount of water in a separate pot, bring to a boil, and pour in the cooked meat.
7.
Cook for 5 minutes and then add frozen tofu and vermicelli. Turn to medium heat and continue to simmer until the vermicelli is soft.
8.
Add the cabbage gang and simmer for 2 minutes.
9.
Finally, add cabbage leaves, add salt and stir fry evenly.
Tips:
After adding the vermicelli, pay attention to stirring. The vermicelli is easy to stick to the pot. It is best to add the gang and leaves of the cabbage separately to the pot.
Be careful when cutting frozen tofu to avoid getting started. Frozen tofu must be melted and then cut.
