Cold Clams
1.
Pour the razor clams into the water to boil, and add a few slices of ginger

Peel off the razor shell, drain the water and set aside
3.
Put an appropriate amount of garlic paste on the bottom of the plate
4.
Sliced cucumber shreds on the yard (you can also put some blanched carrot shreds here, the color will be better)
5.
Place razor clams on a well-distributed yard, and pour some light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and a little red oil
