Cold Corn Juice

3 sweet corn

Cut off the corn kernels.

Put it in a non-stick pan on high heat for three minutes to make the corn taste richer. Stir fry non-stop, (such as using a microwave oven, 600 degrees, 3 minutes)

After frying, put it in 600ml of water and boil on high heat. Turn off the heat after five minutes.

After the cold. Put it in a juicer and make it into juice.

Put ice cubes in the plate.

Put the squeezed corn juice into an empty plate. Put it on the ice tray.

Add 200ml of fresh cream, 3g of salt, and 100ml of milk. (If it is not sweet, add some condensed milk to increase the sweetness)

Beat well with a whisk. If the time is longer, it will be thicker than the effect.
10.
Finished product.
