It's the season for producing buckwheat head again. Here is a refreshing appetizing side dish --- buckwheat head in cold dressing, which is very good.

Cold Crystal Buckwheat Head

1. Remove the head and roots of the buckwheat

2. Wash the buckwheat heads with water

3. Cut the buckwheat head into shreds and add salt

4. Add monosodium glutamate and sour chili, mix evenly and marinate for about an hour.

Tips:

If you want to eat more sour, you can add a few drops of vinegar.
