Cold Daylily and Lotus Root

Soak the daylily in cold water for 40 minutes, warm water for 20 minutes, and hot water for 10 minutes. According to your own time, wash away the impurities and squeeze the water for use.

Wash lotus root, ginger, garlic, and peppers and set aside
