Hot and Sour Soup

Carrots are peeled and washed and shredded, 50g tofu is shredded and soaked in water, fungus is washed, soaked and shredded, ham is shredded, 15g daylily is washed, 2 eggs are beaten into a bowl and stirred, 20g starch is mixed with water and stirred into water starch.

Boil a pot of broth (If you don’t have it, you can use the thick soup treasure instead). After the water is boiled, pour the carrot, fungus, ham, and daylily into the pot, then pour in the water starch, pour in the egg liquid (remember to stir quickly ), and finally pour shredded tofu.

Put 5g of soy sauce, 30g of pepper, 50g of basmati rice vinegar, 15g of salt, a few drops of sesame oil, and appropriate amount of coriander in the pot, and stir well.

Turn off the heat and get out of the pot.
