Cold Double Wire

Peel and wash lettuce and carrots, and wash millet peppers for later use.

Cut carrots and lettuce into shreds and set aside.

Cut millet pepper into small circles.

Add some salt to the shredded lettuce and radish.

Grab it evenly with your hands.

After marinating for ten minutes, pour out the water and rinse in cold boiling water.

Take out the squeezed water and put it in a bowl.

Add light soy sauce, aged vinegar, white pepper, chicken essence, sugar, homemade chili oil (see the front for the method) and millet pepper.
9.
Stir evenly with chopsticks.
Tips:
There is already a salty taste when marinating, so there is no need to add salt when mixing.
Putting sugar can improve freshness.
If you like spicy food, you can add more millet pepper.
If you mix it well and let it stand for a while, it will be more delicious!
No chili oil can be bought in bottles in the supermarket.
