Cold Dressing

Prepare the materials

Soak the peel in cold water first
3.
Shred the washed cucumber and ham
4.
Mince garlic, cut dried chili into small pieces
5.
Put the chopped dried chilies into a bowl without water
6.
Put a small amount of peanut oil in the pot and burn it until the oil starts to smoke and turn off the heat
7.
Pour the hot oil into the bowl of chili

Remove the peel from the water, add the prepared cucumber shreds, ham shreds, minced garlic and chili oil, add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and salt to your taste

Stir well with chopsticks

Delicious peeling and serving
Tips:
1. Chili oil is the most important thing. The chili oil made by my method is very spicy and the chili is very beautiful.
2. If you don't like to eat ham, you can replace it with carrots
