Cold Dry Shreds

Pour the dried silk into clean water and soak for about ten minutes.

Rinse with clean water, dry under water control.

Carrots and cucumbers are grated and set aside.

Pour light soy sauce, a pinch of salt, oil, sesame oil, pepper oil, and chili oil in a bowl and stir well.

Pour the dried shreds into a large bowl, pour in the prepared sauce, and stir well.
6.
Pour in the cucumber shreds and carrot shreds and mix well.
7.
Sprinkle with coriander.
