Cold Duck Gizzards

Wash the duck gizzards

Boil in water, add ginger slices, 3 green onions, sugar, cook for 20 minutes on medium heat (duck gizzards in a pot under cold water)

After 20 minutes, remove the cooked duck gizzards and let cool

Chop the remaining 2 green onions, coriander, and garlic, add some ginger, and boil 25 grams of oil on it.

Put the green onions and coriander on the duck gizzards, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and drizzle with light soy sauce

Tips:
The cooked duck gizzards can be placed in the refrigerator for 1 hour and then cut. This will be more refreshing. If you like spicy, you can add some millet peppers. It is best to add light soy sauce in batches, and add some if you think it is not salty enough.
