Cold Edamame
1.
Cut off the head and tail of edamame
2.
Rinse after cutting.
3.
Boil a pot of boiling water, add a teaspoon of salt after the water is boiled, and then pour in edamame
4.
Cover and cook on medium heat for about 8 minutes.
5.
When cooking edamame, chop up the garlic, the more chopped the better.
6.
Pour an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil into the chopped garlic, taste it, and adjust it to your liking (if you like spicy food, you can add some chili).
7.
After the edamame is cooked, pick it up immediately
8.
Put it in cold boiling water.
9.
After the edamame is cooled, remove the edamame, drain the water, pour in the adjusted juice and mix well. The taste will be better after refrigeration.
Tips:
I often make some cold dishes in summer. For the sake of hygiene, it is best to prepare a chopping board for cutting garlic or something.
Add seasonings according to your taste.
