I love mixing vegetables. I often make them when I work in Guangzhou. Sometimes I’m lazy and I will go to the supermarket to buy ready-made dishes. I will also have a plate when I eat out. After I come to Qingyuan, the number of times I eat is very limited. In summer, I think I think of drooling when I eat, but my uncle doesn’t like it. In summer, I said to make cold cucumber, but he wouldn’t let it. He didn’t like to eat cucumber like this, and he had a bad stomach and couldn’t eat too irritating and jealous. The strong thing, the cucumber salad I made is sour and spicy, hehe, so he refused, until today I really can't stand it anymore. I bought this black fungus at the supermarket a week in advance. Hehe, the uncle said that I have a plan to arrange his stomach, hehe!

Cold Fungus

1. Soak the black fungus in water

2. Soak until the black fungus becomes soft and enlarged

3. Cut the head of the black fungus and clean it for later use

4. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and boil

5. Pour the processed black fungus

6. Cook on high heat until the black fungus is cooked (about 1 minute)

7. Pick up the boiled black fungus, rinse with cold water, drain the water, set it aside

8. Add the right amount of minced garlic

9. Add red pepper shreds cooked in cold water

10. Add chopped pepper sauce

11. Add appropriate amount of white vinegar and soy sauce, and mix well.

Tips:

You don't need to cook the fungus for too long, it will become soft after cooking for a long time, and the taste is not so good. I used Haitian for peeling the pepper. This is a gift from the last event. The taste is not bad.
