I like the crunchy bite the most!

Cold Fungus

1. Chop garlic seeds, shred carrots, and cut parsley into sections for later use

2. Soak and wash the black fungus in advance; turn on the fire, put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and boil, then add the fungus until it boils

3. Bring to a boil and cook for one and a half to two minutes

4. Fish out for spare

5. Turn on the fire, pour the oil in the wok and heat it up on medium heat, add garlic and sauté

6. Add carrot shreds and stir fry for a while

7. Then pour the light soy sauce and cook until there are small bubbles on the side of the pot, then turn off the heat

8. Put the fungus in the pot and put coriander on top

9. Pour the hot juice into the pot and stir well

10. Can taste it

Tips:

If you like spicy food, you can sauté the garlic in the pot, but don't make it too hot, otherwise it will burn!
