Cold Fungus

Soak the black fungus in cold water.

Peel the garlic and cut it into minced garlic.

Cut the cucumber into long strips, and then cut into pieces with an oblique knife.

Boil a pot of water, put the soaked fungus in the water, blanch it, and remove it from cold water.

Put the blanched fungus in a large bowl, then add the cucumber and garlic.
