Cold Fungus

Soak the fungus in advance; put it in a pot of boiling water, pick it up, and rinse it in cold water (slightly crispy) for later use;

Mince ginger and garlic, add sesame oil/steamed fish soy sauce/balsamic vinegar and seasonings to the bowl. Those who like spicy food can add a little chili oil or hot sauce or mustard sauce;

Tips:
After the fungus is soaked, the roots of the fungus must be removed. After mixing, it can be refrigerated in the refrigerator for a while, and the entrance will be more crisp;
