I especially like the spicy taste, and the peanuts in it are a perfect match

Cold Jelly

1. Cut the jelly into cubes about 2 cm

2. Cut chives into small sections, green chilies into small sections, and diced garlic alone

3. Add a proper amount of soybean oil to the pot, wait until the oil is 40-50% hot, add the peanut kernels, turn over the peanuts crackling, immediately take it out, drain the oil, and cool down for about 10 minutes

4. The cold peanut kernels are mashed in a garlic pump, and you don’t need to mash them too much.

5. Scallion, garlic, pepper, and peanuts

6. Add appropriate amount of chili oil, vinegar, light soy sauce, white sugar, old oil, sesame oil, chicken essence and mix well

7. Mix well

8. It's delicious!

Tips:

Old oil is vegetable oil that is heated and used for cold dishes
